It all started with my own wedding. I had spent years as a corporate event director, managing high-stakes events with endless moving parts. But planning my own wedding felt completely different. It was personal and honestly a bit overwhelming.

 

I loved the process, but I quickly realized I needed someone I could trust on the day itself. I wanted a planner who understood my vision, cared about the little things, and would let me relax and enjoy the experience instead of worrying about logistics.

 

That moment is what inspired Events by Caitlin Rae. I set out to create the planning experience I wish I had. One built on professionalism, genuine warmth, and clear organization.
